Tamborine Mountain Gelato Co was opened by Bec and Alick Kilsby in 2022 with a simple goal to create the best gelato on Tamborine Mountain using authentic methods and real ingredients. Inspired by traditional Italian gelato and the desire to offer something truly special to the local community, we set out to craft authentic pozzetti gelato with creative, flavour-driven recipes and a focus on quality over shortcuts.
